I Never Adjusted To Progressive Glasses
I once got bifocals. They talked me into the new graduated progressive lenses. I was seasick the entire time that I owned them, for over 4 months!. I felt like I couldn't see. I was constantly feeling like I was going to fall. I had an extremely hard time going up or down stairs. I wish I had just purchased a regular pair of readers and a pair of bifocal sunglasses for when I am outside.
I have excellent peripheral vision and I'm not used to turning my head to look around. They told me I needed to turn my head more, but it was hard because I am used to using my eyes to look around without turning my head.
When I lost them, I never even cared about trying to find them. I now regular reading glasses at readinstyle.com, I buy a bunch at a time. I especially like the kind that that fold up and go in my pocket when I'm not using them. Your store has some really nice folding reading glasses. Even if I someday return to bifocals I will still use the reading glasses for computer work and sewing because the surface area is greater. If I do ever replace my bifocals, I will get the lined version.
