Still Looking For That Perfect Pair

I received my first pair of glasses in the third grade.  I was very excited about being the only one in my class to have glasses!  If I only knew what a pain they would be!  I have owned cat-eye glasses, small wire rim glasses, large plastic frames and even frameless glasses.  I have tried every trend for the past 30 years and when it comes down to it, I still am looking for the perfect pair.  Maybe the pair that will self clean or not get bent or leave the awful red marks on my nose.

Right now I have three pairs of glasses.  One pair is for looking cool in the sun (similar to some of your reading sunglasses).  I have always wanted to own a pair of Hollywood sun glass so I have saved the largest pair I own and had tinted lenses put in them.

The other pair is the pair that I wear most everyday.  It is the pair that if I changed people might not recognize me because I have worn them longer than any other pair I have owned. They are very similar to the co-conspirator reading glasses by EyeBobs. The last pair is the most unusual because they are the most odd looking.  I wear them to bed!  I can't see with out my glasses and never liked waking up to a distorted view of the world so I began sleeping in a pair of glasses with spring hinges.  The nose pieces have broken off and they are bent beyond repair but they still rest upon my face every night so when the sun comes up I can see every little detail that makes each day special.
