Choosing The Right Pair of Glasses

I am no good at picking eyeglasses.  I admit it, I pick outdated frames or the wrong color and since I don’t replace them very often, I am usually stuck with eyeglasses that I am embarrasses to be seen in and hence don’t wear.

A few years back I selected a pair of rounded pink plastic frames, nice and large. The optician recommended a pink tint to combat the greenish tinge of florescent lights.  Unfortunately, this was just after small, narrow rectangular dark frames became popular. So my friends are all wearing trendy, cool reading glasses, while I look like a strange, pink bug with huge round eyes.

Of course, now that all the stars in Hollywood are wearing big, designer 60’s retro sunglasses and reading sunglasses, what do I buy? Why what else would I buy? Sunglasses with small, narrow, rectangular frames, just like those worn five years ago.
