You had to finish your knitting. You’d taken a class last year at the community center, and now you couldn’t stop. You’d made winter hats, scarves and mittens for nearly everyone you knew. Your work was so well received, friends started asking to buy more. You thought the only way you could keep up with demand was to knit all the time. At home, on your lunch break, on weekends and any other time you could find.

The only problem was, you wanted to spend more time outside, but it was difficult to knit with just your regular reading glasses. It was too hard on your eyes. And you loved being in the sun, so staying inside really wasn’t your favorite option. Not only could you comfortably knit outside in the sun now, but you could do it with the benefit of a single pair of glasses. No more squinting or trying to wear sunglasses over your reading glasses. The frames are a modified oval, a throwback to the frames of the 60s and 70s. The aspheric design makes for a thinner lens, which are also scratch-resistant. These shades offer UV protection and a dark tinted lens to reduce glare.

And who needs glare?
